Shipping policy
We know you are excited about your order and we want to get it to you as quickly as possible. Here is everything you need to know about how we ship.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment is confirmed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.
During high-volume periods such as holidays or sales, processing may take an additional 1 to 2 business days. We appreciate your patience and will always communicate any delays.
Estimated Delivery Times
Standard shipping typically arrives within 5 to 8 business days after your order ships. Please keep in mind that these are estimates and actual delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier volume. We ship from within the United States.
Tracking Your Order
As soon as your order ships you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can use that number directly on the carrier's website to follow your package every step of the way. If you have any trouble locating your tracking information, reach out to us and we will help you find it.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your tracking information shows your package was delivered but you have not received it, please first check around your property and with any neighbors. Packages are sometimes left in unexpected spots or accepted by a household member.
If your package is genuinely lost or has not moved in more than 5 business days, contact us at Hello@rootritualstore.com with your order number and we will open an investigation with the carrier on your behalf. We will do everything we can to make it right.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please take photos of the packaging and the item before doing anything else and email them to Hello@rootritualstore.com within 7 days of delivery. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund right away. Damaged deliveries are always on us.
Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If you notice an error immediately after placing your order, contact us right away at Hello@rootritualstore.com and we will do our best to correct it before your order ships.
International Shipping
At this time we ship within the United States only. We hope to expand internationally in the future. If you are outside the US and interested in our products, please feel free to reach out and we will do our best to help.
