Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $75. Orders under $75 ship at a flat rate. We want making healthy choices to be as easy and affordable as possible.

Most orders ship within 1 to 3 business days. Standard delivery typically takes 5 to 8 business days after shipping. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

At this time we ship within the United States only. We hope to expand internationally in the future. If you are outside the US and interested in our products, feel free to reach out and we will do our best to help.

We accept returns on unused, unopened items within 30 days of delivery. To start a return, please contact us at Hello@rootritualstore.com with your order number. Once we receive and inspect the item, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.

We are so sorry if this happens. Please take a photo of the damaged item and packaging and email us at Hello@rootritualstore.com within 7 days of delivery. We will make it right with a replacement or full refund, no questions asked.

Once your order ships you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use that number directly on the carrier's website to check the status of your delivery. If you have any trouble, reach out to us and we will help you locate it.
